Mr. Moore's practice focuses on the needs of entrepreneurs as well as small and medium-sized businesses to resolve their business disputes and financial challenges. Mr. Moore practices in State, Federal District and United States Bankruptcy Courts throughout Texas and nationwide and is Board Certified by both the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the American Board of Certification in Business Bankruptcy Law. In his debtor/creditor and bankruptcy practice, Mr. Moore represents not only debtors and creditors but also other parties-in-interests in insolvency proceedings such as those who seek to purchase assets from troubled companies. He has lectured and presented papers on the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act, tax issues in bankruptcy and many other subjects in Texas and nationally.
